Sovereign AI Node is a small self-hosted AI control plane for specialized bots. Matrix acts as the operator-facing control layer, so commands, signals, and coordination stay inside infrastructure you control.
It is not a generic automation tool, not a hosted AI dashboard, and not a single-purpose bot product. You start with one maintained module — Mail Sentinel — while the broader multi-bot system remains the platform direction.
Bots live in Matrix rooms, so interaction, alerts, and feedback happen in an interface you already understand.

Mail Sentinel connects to an IMAP mailbox, classifies incoming messages into meaningful signal categories, and routes only important signals into Matrix.

Mail Sentinel does not train a model locally. It becomes quieter and more accurate by adapting local runtime configuration and scoring behavior from feedback.
